Well, with much excitement, we got our first warband going tonight. Once we had a full party of 6, we walked into Gates of Ekrund and systematically shut down all flag locs, 3-capping the scenario, and taking the fight to the enemy spawn point. The score was 400-1, and it would have stayed that way, but we missed stopping order from capping the western flag loc by just a sec....incredible run guys!

As time goes by we will become more practiced, even getting better.

So, the great things tonight were: 1. Good teamwork. 2. We actually got to fighting (a victory unto itself, considering the invites getting shot out, the new toons, people hopping onto vent for the first time, etc.!) 3. Fighting in proximity to the flags to get them turned over.

Things that I think we might do in the future to increase success: 1. designated "caller" for the instance. 2. tactics, tactics, tactics. Healers and tanks working together to scrape dps off the healers, collision blocking the ramps to the second floor, better ff (focus fire) on dps targets, etc.
Mainly, just getting used to our team.

So, kudos to everyone who stepped into the thick of battle, and a big kudo to those who just got the game going...you handled the evening really well, and I'm really, really looking forward to infantia fatalis being the most victorious guild in the game!
